Digital Orders

After completing your digital order, you will also automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. Please check your spam folder if first if you can’t find the email.

If you completed a digital order and still have not received an email containing download links after 24 hours, please contact us with your order number and products you purchased and we will be able to send you new download links.

Downloading Digital Albums & PDFs

Digital files will be sent via a Google Drive download link. For detailed instructions on how to download your files, check out these Google help articles:

Shipping

All physical orders are shipped via Canada Post. All orders include a tracking number and all shipping rates reflect the best available price including a tracking number.

Canada

Orders within Canada are shipped by Xpresspost or Regular Parcel and once shipped, typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

International

International orders, including the United States, are shipped by Tracked Packet when available and once shipped, typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Available shipping options vary by country.

For international orders, your order may be subject to additional customs inspections that can cause delays and may incur additional import fees depending on your country. Unfortunately, these inspections are something that are completely out of our control and at the discretion of your local customs agency. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and if you are concerned your order is taking longer than it should to arrive to you based on the above shipping estimates, please contact your local post office for further information.

If you accidentally entered incorrect shipping information, or want to cancel your physical order, please immediately contact us to update or correct your information. If we receive your information before your order has been shipped, we can make changes or cancel an order at no additional cost. We can not cancel or change shipping information once an order has been shipped.

Payment & Returns

PayPal and credit card through PayPal are the only accepted methods of payment at this time.

You do not need a Paypal account to check out; if you do not have an account select the “Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card” option on the Paypal checkout pop-up window. Paypal will process the transaction but not save your data unless you opt to create an account.

We do not accept any returns of physical products at this time. However, if your CD was damaged in the mail, please get in touch through our contact form; we will request a picture of the damaged CD and then send a replacement.

We are unable to issue refunds for any digital products unless an accidental duplicate purchase has been made. We will issue you a full refund less the PayPal processing fee for accidental duplicate orders). If you are have trouble downloading a product, or if your download link has expired, please fill out our contact form to resolve any issues.
